    The priority is always behavioral and environmental alignment. Supportive tools and supplements may be suggested selectively when they meaningfully reduce friction or support behaviours.

  • No. The Circadian Health Co. does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and does not replace care from a healthcare provider.

    This work is educational and focused on lifestyle timing and systems.

  • Yes. All consultations and presentations are delivered virtually.  Circadian recommendations are tailored to your geographic sunlight realities. All consultations are held in English.

  • For individuals, the primary time investment is completing the intake and attending the consultation.

    Recommendations are designed to fit within existing routines rather than adding substantial new demands.

    For organizations, presentations are 60 minutes including Q&A.

  • Follow-up consultations are available but not required. The goal is to provide a framework and education so that changes can be implemented independently.
